By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, contacting us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About WickMoon
WickMoon is a candle, home fragrance, décor, and gifting brand offering products that may include scented candles, sculptural candles, decorative candles, festive candles, gift sets, personalized products, and other related lifestyle products.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Website
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you are using the website on behalf of another person, business, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to act on their behalf.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, fragrance information, materials, weights, and other product details as accurately as possible.
However, actual product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, photography, and device settings.
Many WickMoon products may be handcrafted or produced in small batches. As a result, minor variations in color, finish, texture, shape, fragrance, wax surface, placement of decorative elements, or other characteristics may occur. Such reasonable variations are part of the nature of handcrafted products and are not necessarily considered defects.
4. Candle Safety
Candles involve an open flame and must always be used responsibly. Customers are responsible for reading and following the candle care, burning, and safety instructions supplied with the product or published on our website.
When using WickMoon candles, you should:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles away from children and pets.
- Keep candles away from curtains, paper, fabrics, and other flammable materials.
- Place candles on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Keep burning candles away from drafts and strong airflow.
- Do not move or touch a candle while the wax or container is hot.
- Follow the recommended burn time and wick-care instructions.
- Discontinue use when it is no longer safe to continue burning the candle.
Sculptural and decorative candles may drip or release melted wax while burning. They should always be placed on a suitable heat-resistant candle plate or tray before lighting.
5. Fragrance Experience
Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person. Product descriptions, fragrance notes, mood descriptions, and scent intensity references are intended to help customers understand the general fragrance profile and do not guarantee that every customer will experience a fragrance in exactly the same way.
6. Prices
All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, promotional offers, bundles, and product availability may change from time to time without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges will be displayed or calculated as applicable during checkout.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, WickMoon reserves the right to correct the error and, where reasonably necessary, cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.
7. Orders
Placing an order on our website does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may verify payment, inventory availability, shipping information, and other relevant details before accepting and fulfilling an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Product unavailability.
- Incorrect product or pricing information.
- Payment failure.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Technical errors.
- Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled or delivered.
If payment has already been successfully received for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our refund process and the payment provider’s processing timelines.
8. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery, or other supported payment methods.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. WickMoon does not control the independent systems, policies, or processing times of such payment providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate and authorized payment information when placing an order.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timelines communicated on our website. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, order type, courier partner, weather, public holidays, operational conditions, or other circumstances.
Delivery dates provided on the website or through tracking services are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, mobile number, and other information required for successful delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply to certain locations, orders, or delivery methods. Applicable charges will normally be communicated during checkout where possible.

10. Cancellations, Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by WickMoon’s applicable Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of candles, fragrance products, personalized items, made-to-order products, festive products, and gifting products, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered.
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery and contact us within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy if there is a problem with the order.
We may request photographs, videos, packaging images, order information, or other reasonable evidence before approving a replacement or refund.
11. Personalized and Custom Orders
Personalized, customized, bulk, wedding, corporate, or made-to-order products may be subject to additional terms, minimum order quantities, production timelines, payment requirements, and customization limitations.
Customers are responsible for checking names, messages, dates, spellings, colors, quantities, and other customization details before approving an order.
Once production of a personalized or customized order has begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
12. Gift Orders
Where available, customers may send WickMoon products directly to a gift recipient and may have the option to include a personalized message.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s name, delivery address, phone number, and personalized message are accurate.
13. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Promotional codes, coupons, launch offers, referral benefits, free gifts, and other promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.
WickMoon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a promotional offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
14. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee inventory reservation. Products may become unavailable before checkout or before order confirmation.
Certain fragrances, designs, colors, seasonal collections, and limited editions may only be available for a limited period.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available on the WickMoon website, including the WickMoon name, logos, product names, photographs, product designs, graphics, illustrations, website design, written content, packaging artwork, videos, icons, and other brand materials, is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by WickMoon.

16. Customer Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, feedback, or other content to WickMoon, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, offensive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate for our website.
